PXMCOM Messages (Messages 6500-6799)

Cause. A SUSPEND SERVER command was issued to the specified server class but
the LCS process controlling the server class rejected the request
Effect. The command fails. The server class is left in an unknown state.
Recovery. Determine the problem from the error information in the message. When the
error is corrected, stop the server class then restart it.

Cause. The PXMCOM process encountered an error while attempting to initialize a PB
process.
Effect. The PXMCOM process continues to run but the PB process cannot grant CPU
reservations to its clients. Load balancing functions for servers are not operational.
Recovery. Determine the problem from the error information in the message. Restart
the Pathway/XM environment.

Cause. The PXMCOM object cannot delete the controlling object for a PB process.
This occurs subsequent to other error conditions.
Effect. The command fails.
Recovery. Restart the PXMCOM process. This is an internal error. Contact your
service provider and provide all relevant information as follows:
Descriptions of the problem and accompanying symptoms
Details from the message(s) generated
Your SuperCTL configuration file
A description of the application task that was in progress when the error was
encountered
Supporting documentation such as Event Management Service (EMS) logs, trace
files, and dump files, if applicable
