Cause. A file for output has been opened in response to an OUT command. This
message is returned only if VERBOSE is set to ON.
Effect. All information returned by subsequent commands is written to the file
specified in the OUT command instead of to the screen.
Recovery. Informational message only; no corrective action is needed.

Cause. The specified output file has been closed in response to a second OUT
command. This message is returned only if VERBOSE is set to ON.
Effect. All information returned by subsequent commands is returned to the newly
specified OUT file. If no new OUT file was specified, all information returned by
subsequent commands is returned to the screen.
Recovery. Informational message only; no corrective action is needed.

Cause. The specified ouput file has been cleared of data in response to an OUT
command. This message is returned only if VERBOSE is set to ON.
Effect. All information returned by subsequent commands continues to be written to the
screen.
Recovery. Informational message only; no corrective action is needed.

Cause. The PXMCOM process encountered an error when attempting to open the
specified output file in an OUT command.
Effect. All command output continues to be returned to the screen or to the OUT file in
effect before the command was issued.
Recovery. Informational message only; no corrective action is needed.
