PXMCOM Messages (Messages 6500-6799)
Effect. The command fails.
Recovery. Check the file-name syntax in the command and check the current
environment settings using the ENV command.

Cause. The PXMCOM process was unable to obtain CPU resources from the PB
process associated with its node.
Effect. The CPU defaults to the CPU used by the PATHMON process associated with
the TCP. The assigned node is not included in any load-balancing activities.
Recovery. Check if the associated PB process is active. If it is not active, stop and then
restart the Pathway/XM environment.

Cause. The PXMCOM process was unable to obtain CPU resources from the PB
process associated with its node.

Cause. The PXMCOM process failed to start and initialize a ROUTER process. This
error generally follows other errors related to the initiation process.
Effect. The command fails.
Recovery. Determine the problem from the error messages generated, then fix and re-
issue the command.

Cause. The PXMCOM process encountered an error while attempting to send the
ROUTER process its startup message.
*6638* Unable to obtain CPU numbers from PB for START TCP.
Defaulting.
*6639* ALTER TCP is unable to obtain CPU #s
*6640* ROUTER (router-name ) failed to initialize
*6643* Cannot send startup message to ROUTER process
(router-name), Error=error-number
