PXMCOM Messages (Messages 6500-6799)
Effect. The PXMCOM process continues to run but the ROUTER process, if it is
present, does not function.
Recovery. Determine the problem from the error information in the message. Stop and
restart the ROUTER object.

Cause. The PXMCOM process encountered an error when attempting to update the
ROUTER object’s configuration information stored in the SuperCTL file.
Effect. The command fails.
Recovery. Determine the problem from the error information in the message, correct it
and retry the command.

Cause. The PXMCOM process encountered an error when attempting to read the
ROUTER object’s configuration information stored in the SuperCTL file.
Effect. The command fails.
Recovery. Determine the problem from the error information in the message, correct it
and retry the command.

Cause. The PXMCOM process is unable to delete the controlling object for a ROUTER
process. This occurs subsequent to other error conditions.
Effect. The command fails.
Recovery. Restart the PXMCOM process. This is an internal error. Contact your
service provider and provide all relevant information as follows:

Details from the message(s) generated
•
Your SuperCTL configuration file
•
A description of the application task that was in progress when the error was
encountered
