If your local operating procedures require contacting the Compaq Global Customer
Support Center (GCSC), supply your system number and the numbers and versions of
all related products as well.

Cause. The START ROUTER command was issued for a ROUTER object that is
already started.
Effect. The command is not executed.
Recovery. If needed, issue a STOP ROUTER command to cleanup the SuperCTL file
before re-issuing START ROUTER.

Cause. The STOP ROUTER command was issued for a ROUTER object that is not
started.
Effect. The PXMCOM command is not executed.
Recovery. Informational message only; no corrective action is needed.

Cause. The PXMCOM process was unable to obtain CPU resources from the PB
process associated with its node.
Effect. Either the CPU defaults to one used by the PXMCOM process or the START
ROUTER command fails.
Recovery. Check if the associated PB process is active. If it is not active, stop and then
restart the Pathway/XM environment.

Cause. The PXMCOM process is opening a SuperCTL file that has modification plans
that are not yet processed.

*6649* ROUTER (router-name) already stopped
*6650* START ROUTER (router-name) is unable to obtain CPUs
from NODE (node-name)
*6653* Modification PLANs active
