PXMCOM Messages (Messages 6500-6799)
Effect. Until all of the modification plans are completed, some commands may generate
errors when accessing new or removed objects.
Recovery. Informational message only; no corrective action is needed.

Cause. The PXMCOM process is opening a new SuperCTL file that is to supersede the
active SuperCTL file currently being used by the Pathway/XM environment.
Effect. The OPEN command may take some time to complete. Once opened, the old
SuperCTL file is marked OBSOLETE and cannot be opened again.
Recovery. Informational message only; no corrective action is needed.

Cause. The SuperCTL file you tried to open is marked obsolete. This occurs when a
SuperCTL file is superseded by a newer version of the SuperCTL, opened in a earlier
command or by another PXMCOM process.
Effect. The OPEN command fails.
Recovery. Reissue the OPEN command specifying the new SuperCTL file.

Cause. The currently active SuperCTL file that is being superseded is in the middle of
modification plan execution. Until the modifications PLAN objects are completed, no
new SuperCTL can be opened to supersede the old file.
Effect. The OPEN command fails.
Recovery. Reissue the OPEN command specifying the old SuperCTL file.

Cause. The PXMCOM process encountered an error when attempting to read the
PLAN object’s configuration information stored in the SuperCTL file.
Effect. The command fails.

*6655* Can’t open an obsolete SuperCTL file
*6656* Can’t open SuperCTL file, prior modification PLAN has
not completed
*6657* Failure reading PLAN entity from SuperCTL file.
