PXMCOM Messages (Messages 6500-6799)

Cause. The PXMCOM process encountered an error when attempting to update the
SuperCTL file status.
Effect. The SuperCTL is in an invalid state.
Recovery. Issue a STOP PATHWAY command, then restart Pathway/XM specifying
the new SuperCTL file.

Cause. The PXMCOM process encountered an error when attempting to update the
SuperCTL file status and its object states.
Effect. The SuperCTL is in an invalid state.
Recovery. Delete the INVENTORY command from the Pathway/XM configuration
source file and recreate the SuperCTL file using PXMCFG. Restart the Pathway/XM
environment specifying the newly created SuperCTL file.

Cause. The PXMCOM process encountered an error when attempting to update the
NODE object’s configuration information stored in the SuperCTL file.
Effect. The command fails.
Recovery. Determine the problem from the error information in the message, correct it,
and retry the command.

Cause. The PARAM name specified is not associated with the identified server class.
The CONTROL SERVER PARAM command can only be used to alter a parameter that
was originally configured through PXMCFG.
Effect. The command fails.

*6669* Unable to activate configuration. START PATHWAY cannot
complete. Error=error-number
*6670* Failure updating Node (node-name) in SuperCTL file,
