3-6 Event Settings
Overview
Here you can specify criteria to limit which events are displayed.

3-6-2 Description
Following parameters are available:
Collector - Select the name of an EMS collector process from which Events should be displayed
using the dropdown menu. By default, Pocket ViewPoint selects $0 from the Server to which you are
connected.
Show - The user can specify different filter criteria for the events to be displayed.
 Selecting All causes all the events to be shown
 Selecting “Only” causes all the events that match the criteria specified in the “Selected”
box to be shown.
 Selecting “Except” causes all the events that match the criteria specified in the “Selected”
box NOT to be shown.
Selecting “Only” or “ or “Except” shows the Owner and Subsystem list boxes using which the user can
specify which Owner – Subsystem combinations to include or exclude. The Selected list box lists the
specified Owner – Subsystems which will use in the filtering of events. Tap on “Select” to add to the
Selected list and “Remove” to remove from the “Selected” list.
