• Entity Group
This option enables you to select the Entity Group defined for the entity and displays the grouped entities in
a view.
• Available Columns
This option enables you to select the columns to be displayed in the selected entity view. Select the columns
from the list and click on the Add button to add the column to the Selected Columns list.
The out-of-the-box available columns in the list which can be added are as follows:

Column Name Description
Name Name of the Entity.
Total Total number of transactions for the particular entity in the last 5 minutes.
Total Interchg. Trans Total number of interchange transactions for a particular entity in the last 5 minutes.
Resp. Time Average Response Time for all the transactions in the last 5 minutes for a particular entity. This
value is in microseconds.
High Resp. Time Slowest Response Time of all the transactions in the last 5 minutes for a particular entity. This
value is in microseconds.
IC Resp. Time Average Interchange response time of all the transactions in the last 5 minutes for a particular
entity. This value is in microseconds.
Approvals Total number of transactions approved in the last 5 minutes for a particular entity.
Denials Number of transaction denied in the last 5 minutes for a particular entity.
Denials % Transactions denied percentage in the last 5 minutes for a particular entity.
Reversals Number of transaction reversals in the last 5 minutes for that particular entity.
Reversals % Transactions reversals percentage in the last 5 minutes for a particular entity.
Net. Errs Transactions with Net Errors.
Net. Errs % Transaction percentage with Net Errors.
Timeouts Number of transaction timeouts in the last 5 minutes for a particular entity.
Enc. Errs Transaction with encryption errors.
Enc. Errs % Percentage of transactions with encryption errors.
Auth. Errs Transaction with authentication errors.
Auth. Errs % Percentage of transactions with authentication errors.
App. % Percentage of total transactions approved in the last 5 minutes for a particular entity.
Adj. App Transactions with adjusted approvals.
Adj. App. % Percentage of transactions with adjusted approvals.
TPS Transactions per second for a particular entity in the last 5 minutes.
ID Entity ID.
Last Transaction Date and time of the last transaction.
NOTE: To add more columns to the Available Columns list, refer to Appendix N: Implementing Dynamic
Matric.
• Selected Columns
The Selected Columns list displays the columns that will be displayed in the selected entity view. To remove
a column from the list, select the column(s) and click on the Remove button. You can change the order in
which the columns will be displayed by using the Move Up and Move Down buttons, respectively.
Click on the Save button to save the changes made in the entity. Click on the Close button to close the Panel
Options dialog box.
