Recovery
Refer to Processor Halt Monitoring and Recovery (page 10). Take a memory dump and contact
your service provider or the Global NonStop Solution Center (GNSC), as directed by your local
operating procedures.

Cause
An internal message-system error occurred when the message system was trying to perform a
remote lookup.
Effect
The processor halts. The rest of the system is not affected.
Recovery
Refer to Processor Halt Monitoring and Recovery (page 10). Take a memory dump and contact
your service provider or the Global NonStop Solution Center (GNSC), as directed by your local
operating procedures.

Cause
The message out queue (OUTQ) is full, and attempts to empty it fail. A hardware or millicode
error might have occurred.
Effect
All freeze-enabled processors halt.
Recovery

your service provider or the Global NonStop Solution Center (GNSC), as directed by your local
operating procedures.

Cause
An operation was attempted from a cluster that is not recognized by the current cluster.
Effect
The processor halts. The rest of the system is not affected.

Cause
After a processor went down, there was a connectivity failure when Regroup executed, resulting
in two independent groups of processors. The processors of one group halted, generating this
halt code.
Effect
A group of processors halts. The rest of the system is not affected.
Recovery
Reload the processors that halted.
