Processor Halt Codes Manual
Errors and Messages Manual. An event 101 will also have been emitted, indicating that failing
to preload the TNS emulator prevents running TNS processes. See also halt %005030.
%005032
Cause
A failure occurred while attempting to preload a public DLL specified in the zreg file. Error
details are: 1- The export digest of the public DLL is not a match to the export digest found in
the specified zreg file. 2- The license value of the public DLL is not a match to the license value
found in the specified zreg file.
Effect
The public DLL is not preloaded into the public library table.
Recovery
Contact your service provider reporting the error code and error detail if you are using a zreg
file and public DLL set that was created by PLINSTL and has not been modified. If you have been
attempting to adjust the public DLL set manually (not recommended), fix or replace the loadfile
based on the problem reported in the error detail, or run PLINSTL to create an appropriate set
of public DLLs.
%005033
Cause
The public DLLs containing the TNS emulator and the loader, ZTNSDLL and ZRLDDLL, both failed
to preload (but some public DLLs may have successfully preloaded). The processor is halted
because without these DLLs, no programs can be run.
Effect
The processor halts. Because the most likely problem is some kind of corruption or faulty
construction of the installed software on disk, it is probable that the halt occurs when cold loading,
before any reload attempt can be made, so the whole node is down. If corruption of the set of
active files occurs while the system is running, a reloaded processor halts but other processors
can remain running; the halt is likely to recur in any processor reloaded until the corruption is
repaired.
Recovery
See halts %005032, %005031 and %005030.
%005060
Cause
Privileged system software violated system synchronization guidelines.
Effect
The processor halts. The rest of the system is not affected.
Recovery
Refer to Processor Halt Monitoring and Recovery (page 10). Take a memory dump and contact
your service provider or the Global NonStop Solution Center (GNSC), as directed by your local
operating procedures.
%005050
Cause
An unstoppable privileged process passed an illegal parameter to the SETSTOP procedure.
Effect
The processor halts. The rest of the system is not affected.
