bit errors (on 64 bits of data) are called uncorrectable memory errors (UCMEs) and cause a
processor hardware error freeze.
Effect
The processor remains halted. The rest of the system is not affected.
Recovery
If the processor is not reloaded automatically by TFDS, reload it.

Cause
A processor that incurred a hardware error freeze was reset. Either the OSM or TSM facility
determined that the processor was “hung” and forced a hardware error freeze so that a dump
can be taken, or the OSM or TSM facility was preparing the processor for a processor dump.
Effect
The processor halts. The rest of the system is not affected.
