Recovery
Refer to Processor Halt Monitoring and Recovery (page 10). After taking a memory dump, contact
your service provider or the Global NonStop Solution Center (GNSC), as directed by your local
operating procedures.

Cause
While Dynamic System Configuration (DSC) was adding, deleting, or relocating a controller,
an inconsistency occurred in a controller (CTL) table entry.
Effect
The processor halts. The rest of the system is not affected.
Recovery

your service provider or the Global NonStop Solution Center (GNSC), as directed by your local
operating procedures.

While deleting a controller, Dynamic System Configuration (DSC) could not find IOMAP entries
for the controller.
Effect
The processor halts. The rest of the system is not affected.

operating procedures.

While Dynamic System Configuration (DSC) was starting a device, the IOMAP entry for the
controller had an address that was inconsistent with the device address.
Effect
The processor halts. The rest of the system is not affected.

Dispatcher initialization cannot find the entry point of the STOP_HELPER or NATIVE_STOP_HELPER
procedure at system load.
