Either the driver detected errors in the internal driver state or the driver request packet contained
invalid values (such as an odd transfer length).
Effect
The processor halts. The rest of the system is not affected.
Recovery
Refer to Processor Halt Monitoring and Recovery (page 10). Take a memory dump and contact
your service provider or the Global NonStop Solution Center (GNSC), as directed by your local
operating procedures.

An unexpected state was found when the state of a disk operation was determined.
Effect
The processor halts. The rest of the system is not affected.
Recovery
