This halt is asserted by the SNAX/XF line handler’s dispatching subprocedure when a dispatch
queue element (DQE) contains an out-of-bounds destination procedure ID. There might be an
error in the DQE queue-maintenance logic.
Effect
The processor halts. The rest of the system is not affected.
