Recovery
Write down the halt code and contact your service provider or the Global NonStop Solution
Center (GNSC), as directed by your local operating procedures.
%102212 MICROHALT_LOST_ALL_LINKS
Cause
Both ServerNet links are down to this NonStop Kernel logical processor.
Effect
The processor is unavailable. The rest of the system is unaffected.
Recovery
Write down the halt code. Take a dump. After the dump completes, "Hard Reset" this NonStop
Kernel logical processor. If the processor does not recover from the hard reset, contact your
service provider or the Global NonStop Solution Center (GNSC) with the halt code, as directed
by your local operating procedures.
%102213 MICROHALT_BAD_POWER_ON_PACKET
Cause
A power-failure has occurred, and this processor was notified that power was restored. The
restoration notice from the p-switch was improperly formatted. The most likely cause is that the
firmware in the p-switch is not compatible with the firmware in the CPU module.
Effect
The processor halts. The rest of the system is unaffected.
Recovery
Reset and reload the processor. Check the firmware levels of the p-switches and the CPU modules.
Write down the halt code and contact your service provider.
%102214 MICROHALT_CONFIGURATION_CHANGE
Cause
A configuration change to the system was made. The most likely cause is that cables between
the p-switch and the LSU were changed or the cables between the LSU and the CPU module
were changed.
Effect
The processor halts. The rest of the system is unaffected.
Recovery
Ensure that the system is cabled properly and perform a cold load.
%102215 MICROHALT_HSS_MINIREINTEGRATED
Cause
The Logical Processor has undergone mini-reintegration so that the Processor Elements can join
the Logical Processor running HSS. This can also be the case if the Processor Elements were
stopped with different Stop codes.
Effect
The processor halts. The rest of the system is unaffected.

Center (GNSC), as directed by your local operating procedures.
