Recovery
Refer to Processor Halt Monitoring and Recovery (page 10). Take a memory dump and contact
your service provider or the Global NonStop Solution Center (GNSC), as directed by your local
operating procedures.
%102777 MC_FAULT_GRACEFUL_SHUTDOWN
Cause
A 'Graceful Shutdown' occurs in response to a 'Graceful Shutdown' request from HP SUM (HP
Smart Update Manager) issued as part of the firmware update procedure (see the HP Smart
Update Manager User Guide for details). The blade is power cycled in order to use the new
firmware.
Effect
If Standard Millicode is running, the processor halts. The rest of the system is unaffected.
Recovery
HP SUM's procedure will automatically power up the blade to the halt loop (in HSS).

Cause
Sequence number of first entry in list of agreed interrupts does not match expected VRO Sequence
Number.
Effect
The processor halts. The rest of the system is unaffected.

Cause
