If you do not give the size, the new window occupies half of the screen.
The size can be one line to the full screen height (less one line for the
status line).
After you enter the OPENWINDOW command and see the response
lines, you can press the HELP key once to see a short help text and
twice to see the complete help text.
When you exit, TEDIT automatically closes both windows.

RECONFIGURE OPTIONS lets you view and set OPENWINDOW options.
CLOSEWINDOW closes one or both windows.
ONEWINDOW hides one of two windows.
SIZEWINDOW changes the number of lines contained in one or both
windows.
SWITCHWINDOW displays a hidden window or moves cursor to the other
window.
TWOWINDOWS makes two windows visible.
