CLOSEWINDOW terminates one window and closes its file.
ONEWINDOW hides one of two open windows (same as
SIZEWINDOW 0).
OPENWINDOW creates a second window.
SWITCHWINDOW displays the hidden window or moves the cursor to
other window.
TWOWINDOWS makes both windows visible.
