Abstract
This publication gives guidelines for writing TAL (HP Transaction Application
Language) code that you can convert later to pTAL (Portable Transaction Application
Language) with as few changes as possible. It is not a complete reference for either
language. The reader is assumed to be an experienced TAL programmer.
