priority
is the priority requested for the process.
Cause. An attempt to alter the priority of an RDF process to the indicated priority
failed.
Effect. The process continues to run at its current priority.
Recovery. This is an informational message; no recovery is required. Reissue the
ALTER command.

Cause. The operator successfully changed the priority of an RDF process to priority.
Effect. The process runs at the new priority.
Recovery. This is an informational message; no recovery is required.

Cause. The operator issued a START RDF command.
Effect. The RDF monitor process is running and starting up the other RDF processes.
Recovery. This is an informational message; no recovery is required.
