is the file-system error number that identifies the specific error.
Cause. A file-system error occurred while RDFSCAN was trying to read the current
log file
Effect. The command fails.

is the invalid file name.
Cause. The specified file is not a valid file recognized by the operating system.
Effect. The command fails.
Recovery. Check the file name for correct spelling and compliance with syntax rules.
