mask specifier.
Effect. The command is rejected.

specifier.
Effect. The command is rejected.

Cause. RSCCOM cannot process the HELP command.
Effect. None.
Recovery. This message is informational only.

Cause. An extraneous parameter was entered following a command.
Effect. The entered command failed.
Recovery. Reissue the command.
