Recovery. Call the RscIoCheck function until the I/O completes.

Type. Program
Severity. Fatal
Cause. There are no nowaited I/O requests pending (RscIoCheck function) or
unsolicited messages (RscUmsCheck function) outstanding.
Effect. No data is returned in the buffer.
Recovery. A nowaited I/O using the RscWriteRead function must be issued before
calling the RscIoCheck function.
This is a normal condition for the RscUmsCheck function. Call the RscUmsCheck
function periodically to determine if there are any unsolicited messages to retrieve.

Type. Program
Severity. Fatal
Cause. An END or ABORT transaction request was issued when no transaction was
outstanding on this session.
Effect. The API function failed.
Recovery. Begin a transaction before attempting to end or abort a transaction.
20 (0014 Hex)
Type. Session
Severity. Configuration
Cause. The specified PATHMON is not running.
Effect. The API function failed because PATHMON is not running.
Recovery. Start the specified PATHMON on the host. Check the PATHMON_NAME
and WRITEREAD_PATHMON options, and try the operation again.
There are no Nowait IO requests pending.
An END or ABORT transaction request was issued when no
transaction was outstanding on the session.
The specified Pathmon is not running.
