Cause. The specified I/O handle is unknown.
Effect. The API function failed.
Recovery. To check on a particular I/O completion, specify a valid I/O handle (a
handle value used during the RscWriteRead request). To check on any outstanding I/O
completions, specify a value of RSC_IO_CHECK_ALL for the I/O handle.

Effect. The API function failed.
Recovery. Supply the server name in the Guardian Pathway server name format.

Cause. The options area indicated by the supplied options handle obtained from the
RscCreateOptions function has been corrupted.
Effect. The API function failed.
Recovery. Check the program to ensure that the options area memory is not being
overwritten.
