Multiple NIFs on different network adapters (see Figure E-3). In this case,
you must give each PIPEMAN instance a unique SystemName. From the
workstations perspective, each Piccolo instance on the host appears to be
a different host. Configure the DNS server to give the correct IP addresses
for the network adapters being used, according to the names configured in
Piccolo. The example shown in the diagram includes two groups of
workstations, Aand B, which connect to logical (Piccolo) HOST1A and
HOST1B. The DNS server should be configured to map HOST1A and
HOST1B to the proper IP addresses; or alternatively, the Piccolo
[RESOLVER] section can be used on the workstations.
