Cause. A Pathway terminal is being started to support a workstation session.

Cause. The Pathway terminal associated with the session could not be started due to
the specified error.
Effect. The workstation RscBeginSession request fails.
Recovery. Examine the Pathway configuration to determine the cause of the error before
restarting the workstation application.
