ACS state table error ... Event <event id>, Action <action
id>, State <state id>.
Cause. The Access Control Server (ACS) received an unexpected combination of
event ID and state ID.
Effect. The event is ignored.
Recovery. This message is informational only. No corrective action is necessary.

ACS started.
Cause. The operational state of the object has changed to STARTED. See the
RSCCOM START command in the Remote Server Call (RSC/MP) Installation and
Configuration Guide for more information.
Effect. None.

Cause. The operational state of the object has changed to STOPPED. See the
