PIPE re-start in <count> seconds.
Cause. An automatic restart of the object has been scheduled. The value of the
interval is specified by configuring the PIPE AUTORESTART attribute.
Effect. An attempt to restart the object will occur after the specified interval.
Recovery. This message is informational only. No corrective action is necessary.

<'Fatal' | 'Unexpected'> file system error <error code>
occurred during a <'REGISTER' | 'NOTIFY' | 'OPEN' | 'SEND' |
'RECEIVE' | 'CLOSE' | 'UNREGISTER'> attempt.
Cause. An error occurred while attempting the specified file system operation.
Effect. The operation failed.
Recovery. Recovery depends on the severity and type of error. Report the error to
yo ur system administrator.

The TDP cannot set Piccolo runtime license in pipe.
Cause. The run-time Piccolo license supplied by the TDP was rejected. The version of
the Pipeman process and the TDP are incompatible.
Effect. The PIPE object will not start.
Recovery. Configure the TDP to use a compatible version of the Pipeman process.
