4 (6004 Hex)
The specified alias is not registered.
Type. Programming
Severity. Fatal
Cause. The specified alias has not been registered by a workstation application.
Effect. The unsolicited message cannot be deli vered.
Recovery. Start the workstation application that registers the alias or correct the
application program so that the alias specified in the RSC_UMS_HEADER is a
registered alias. Aliases may be requested by setting the group-alias or session-alias
option before the RscBeginSession call.
5 (6005 Hex)
The specified alias type is not valid.
Type. Programming
Severity. Fatal
Cause. The specified alias type is not va lid.
Effect. The unsolicited message cannot be deli vered.
Recovery. Correct the application program so that the alias type specified in the
RSC_UMS_HEADER is a valid alias type.
6 (6006 Hex)
The TDP session with the destination terminal has been
terminated.
Type. Session
Severity. Fatal
Cause. The unsolicited message reply from the workstation could not be completed,
because the workstation application terminated the session before issuing an
RscUmsReply request.
Effect. The UMS reply from the workstation cannot be completed.
Recovery. Dependent on the application.
