is the last time the attribute STATIC FAILED LOGON COUNT was RESET.

H06.10 and later H-series RVUs, and G06.32 and later G-series RVUs. Also, starting H06.14,
User Record Extension1 is no longer used because it is superseded by User Record
Extension1n. However, the product continues to support it for backward compatibility.
