ALTER SUBSYSTEM Command
ZSFG-TKN-AUD-CLIENT-OSS
is an optional token that enables and disables the writing of OSS related audit
records to the audit trail. The default is ZSPI-VAL-TRUE.
ZSFG-TKN-PSWD-ALGTHM
is an optional token that specifies the password algorithm. The defined values are:
ZSFG-TKN-PSWD-MAX-LENGTH
is an optional token that specifies the maximum character length of a new
password. The default value is eight and the maximum value is 64.
ZSFG-TKN-PSWD-COMP-MODE
specifies that only first eight characters of the password will be considered during
the password change. This attribute can take effect only when
PASSWORD-ENCRYPT is ON, and PASSWORD-ALGORITHM is HMAC256. The
default value is ON. The attribute is set to OFF to allow the password greater than
eight characters, when the PASSWORD ALGORITHM is HMAC256 and
PASSWORD ENCRYPT is ON.
ZSFG-VAL-CHECK-PAT-LAST specifies that pattern searching will occur after
the normal search if and only if the normal
search result is NORECORD.
ZSFG-VAL-CHECK-PAT-OFF specifies that no pattern searches will occur.
ZSFG-VAL-CHECK-PAT-ONLY specifies that only pattern searching occurs.
That is, normal non-pattern searching will not
be performed even if the pattern search
returns NORECORD.
Note. The ZSFG-TKN-AUD-CLIENT-OSS token is supported only on systems running
G06.29 and later G-series RVUs and H06.08 and later H-series RVUs.
ZSFG-VAL-PSWD-ALGTHM-DES specifies that passwords will be
encrypted using the DES algorithm.
ZSFG-VAL-PSWD-ALGTHM- HMAC256
specifies that passwords will be
encrypted using the HMAC and SHA-
256 algorithms.
Note. This token is supported only on systems running G06.29 and later G-series RVUs
and H06.06 and later H-series RVUs.
Note. The attribute ZSFG-TKN-PSWD-MAX-LENGTH is supported only on systems running
H06.08 and later H-series RVUs.
Note. The attribute ZSFG-TKN-PSWD-COMP-MODE is supported only on systems running
H06.08 and later H-series RVUs.
