ZSFG-TKN-PSWD-ALGTHM
is an optional token that specifies the password algorithm. The defined values are:
ZSFG-TKN-PSWD-MAX-LENGTH
is an optional token that specifies the maximum character length of a new
password. The default value is eight and the maximum value is 64.
ZSFG-TKN-PSWD-COMP-MODE
specifies that only the first eight characters of the password will be considered
during the password change. This attribute can take effect only when ZSFG-TKN-
PSWD-ENCRYPT is set to ZSPI-VAL-TRUE, and ZSFG-TKN-PSWD-ALGTHM is
ZSFG-VAL-PSWD-ALGTHM-HMAC256.
The ZSFG-TKN-PSWD-COMP-MODE attribute is set to ZSPI-VAL-FALSE, to allow
passwords that have more than eight characters, when ZSFG-TKN-PSWD-
ENCRYPT is set to ZSPI-VAL-TRUE and ZSFG-TKN-PSWD-ALGTHM is ZSFG-
VAL-PSWD-ALGTHM-HMAC256.
ZSFG-TKN-PSWD-COMP-MODE is an optional token and its default value is
ZSPI-VAL-TRUE.
ZSFG-TKN-PSWD-REQ-UPCASE
indicates whether a user password will be enforced to have at least one uppercase
character. If ZSFG-TKN-PSWD-REQ-UPCASE is set to ZSPI-VAL-TRUE, the user
will be enforced to specify at least one uppercase character in the password.
If ZSFG-TKN-PSWD-REQ-UPCASE is set to ZSPI-VAL-FALSE, the user will not
be enforced to specify an upper case character in the password.
ZSFG-VAL-PSWD-ALGTHM-DES specifies that passwords will be
encrypted using the DES algorithm.
ZSFG-VAL-PSWD-ALGTHM- HMAC256
specifies that passwords will be
encrypted using the HMAC and SHA-
256 algorithms.
Note. This token is supported only on systems running H06.06 and later H-series RVUs
and G06.29 and later G-series RVUs.
Note. This attribute is supported only on systems running H06.08 and later H-series RVUs
and G06.31 and later G-series RVUs.
Note. The attribute ZSFG-TKN-PSWD-COMP-MODE is supported only on systems running
H06.08 and later H-series RVUs and G06.31 and later G-series RVUs.
