ZSFG-EVT-CRITICALAUDITSTATE
An audit state change is imminent. It will result in: recycling audit files, suspending
audit, or denying grants. This event is noncritical.

ZSPI-TKN-SSID
is the subsystem ID for the Safeguard subsystem. See the SPI Programming
Manual.
ZEMS-TKN-EVENTNUMBER
is the event number. Its value is ZSFG-EVT-CRITICALAUDITSTATE.
ZEMS-TKN-SUBJECT-MARK
marks the token that follows it in the event-message buffer as the subject of the
event message. In this message, the subject token is ZCOM-TKN-SUBJ-PROC.
