ZSFG-ERR-SUBJGROUPNUM

An attempt was made to ADD USER with a group number in conflict with the existing

group name and number.

Tokens

ZSPI-TKN-ERROR

is the standard SPI error token, as described in the SPI Programming Manual. Its

value consists of the Safeguard subsystem ID and the error number ZSFG-ERR-

SUBJGROUPNUM. This token is always present in the error list.

ZCOM-TKN-OBJNAME

is the first object name provided with the command on which the error occurred.

This token is always present in the error list.

Probable Cause

During an ADD USER, the group number was in conflict with the existing group name

and number. For example, assume the SOFTWARE group is group number 1. ZSFG-

ERR-SUBJGROUPNUM is returned for an attempt to ADD USER

SOFTWARE.GREG,USERID 2,174.

Recommended Action

Correct the USERID numbers, name, or both. Retry the ADD USER command.
