Effect. SCF waits for the next command.
Recovery. Correct the library file name and retry the command, referring to the
Guardian Procedure Errors and Messages Manual for recovery from the file-system
error. Then retry the command.

Cause. Because of file-system err-num, the swap file location is invalid.
Effect. SCF waits for the next command.
Recovery. Select a valid swap file location, referring to the Guardian Procedure Errors
and Messages Manual for recovery from the file-system error. Then retry the
command.

Cause. A file-system error occurred while attempting to allocate an extended
segment.
