Cause. Too many processes are running on the system.
Effect. SCF waits for the next command.
Recovery. Use PEEK to see why the system locks too many process control blocks to
open this ZsubsysSCF product module. Then consult your system manager to
correct the problem.
20328
Cause. System resources are currently unavailable.
Effect. SCF waits for the next command.
Recovery. Try the command again. If the problem persists, contact your service
provider, as described under If You Have to Call Your Service Provider on page B-2.
20329
Cause. The ZsubsysSCF product module must be licensed before it can be run.
Effect. SCF waits for the next command.
Recovery. Use FUP LICENSE to license the product module. FUP LICENSE is
described in the File Utility Program (FUP) Reference Manual.

Cause. The version of the library file does not match the version of the ZsubsysSCF
product module.
Effect. SCF waits for the next command.
Recovery. Use versions that match. You can do this by enter a VOLUME command
on all SCF product modules to reset their pointers to the same version of the library
file. This procedure is more completely described on page 4-18.
