Cause

Recovery
Retry the command. If the failure continues, save pertinent information and contact your service
provider, as described under “If You Have to Call Your Service Provider” (page 135).

Cause

database, but a generic process of the same objname already exists for this subsystem.
Effect
SCF waits for the next command.
Recovery
Retry the ADD command, using a different object name.
