Cause. You did not specify the CATALOGLOCATION attribute in the command you
issued.
Effect. The command is not executed. SCF waits for the next command.
Recovery. Reissue the command and include the CATALOGLOCATION attribute.

Cause. You did not specify the POOL attribute in the command you issued.
Effect. The command is not executed. SCF waits for the next command.
Recovery. Reissue the command and include the POOL attribute.
