Checking the Cluster Switch Firmware and
Configuration Versions
You can check the versions of the firmware and configuration that are running in a
cluster switch at any time using either SCF or the OSM Service Connection or TSM
Service Application:
•
Using SCF:
1. Log on to a node that is connected to the cluster switch.
2. Type INFO SWITCH $ZZSMN. See the Firmware Revision and Configuration
Revision information. See Table C-3.
•
Using the OSM Service Connection or the TSM Service Application:
1. Log on to a node that is connected to the cluster switch.
2. Select the Management window.
3. If you are using the TSM Service Application, click the Cluster tab
4. Click the plus (+) sign next to the External ServerNet Fabric resource to display
the Switch resource.
5. Click the Switch resource.
6. Click the Attributes tab to display the Switch attributes.
7. Note the values for the Firmware Version and Configuration Version attributes.
