Installing the Client Software
Installing the Client Software
On system consoles connected to ServerNet nodes, install all client applications as
described in the NonStop System Console Installer Guide.
Installing the Server Software
All required server software must be installed before you connect the node to a 6780
switch. For each NonStop S-series server, you must install the required server software
listed in Software Requirements for NonStop S-Series Servers on page 1-8 before you
connect connect the server to a 6780 switch.
Installing RVUs
To install an RVU on a NonStop S-series server, refer to these manuals for detailed
instructions on installing software, product information, and migration issues:
