Distance Topologies
On all NonStop S-series servers in a cluster that uses the long-distance option in a
three-zone 6780 ServerNet Cluster topology, you must install:
•
The G06.22 or a later RVU.
•
T0502AAQ or a later SPR. T0502AAQ is an unrestricted SPR included with the
G06.28 RVU. T0502AAQ can also be ordered separately and installed on previous
RVUs such as G06.22.
•
The T2790AAC configuration image for the 6780 switch or a superseding SPR.
T2790AAC is available only as a restricted SPR.
Table G-2 lists the minimum G-series software that supports the long-distance option in
three-zone topologies. (The same software also supports long-distance two-zone
topologies, superseding the software in Table G-1.) Except for the T2790AAC switch
configuration image and the T0502AAQ SPR, all of these software products are part of
the G06.22 RVU. If your cluster contains HP Integrity NonStop NS-Series servers in
addition to NonStop S-Series Servers, see Recommended SPR for Long-Distance
Cluster with HP Integrity NonStop NS-series Nodes on page G-6. If you are running
