Example: Merging A Split-Star Topology and a Star
Topology to Create a Tri-Star Topology
Figure 4-11 and Figure 4-12 show the merging of two ServerNet clusters into a tri-star
topology that can support up to 24 nodes.
Figure 4-11 shows clusters using the star and split-star topologies installed and ready
for merging. The split-star topology includes a four-lane link connecting the cluster
switches.
