STATS LBU Command Example
Packets Sent:
identifies the number of packets sent (from the left neighbor, the right neighbor, and
the local cluster).
To Left
indicates the number of packets sent to the left neighbor from the right
neighbor and the local cluster.
To Right
indicates the number of packets sent to the right neighbor from the left
neighbor and the local cluster.
To Local
indicates the number of packets received from the left and right neighbor
clusters and destined for the local cluster.
S Link Errors Left Right
identifies the types of ServerNet/FX link errors that are detected by the adapter in
the following section of the display.
Over Runs Left Right
identifies the number of overrun errors detected on the left (right) link. A
nonzero value in this field indicates that the ServerNet/FX adapter is not
keeping up with the packet inflow rate from the left (right) neighbor. The sender
automatically retries lost transmissions. If the condition persists, contact your
service provider. The ServerNet/FX adapter may need to be replaced.
CRC Left Right
identifies the number of cyclic redundancy check (CRC) errors that have been
detected on the left (right) link. A CRC error indicates receipt of a corrupted
packet. The corrupted packet is discarded and the transmission is
automatically retried. If this value is persistently nonzero, check the following in
the order listed:
1. The power setting on the left (right) neighbor. If the fiber-optic cables are
greater than two (2) kilometers long, the power setting should be one (1).
2. The condition of the fiber-optic cable and have it replaced if necessary.
