STATS LBU Command Example
Out Seq Left Right
identifies the number of packets received on the left (right) link that were
dropped because of an out-of-sequence ID. A nonzero value in this field can
indicate a hardware or firmware problem in the adapter of the sending cluster.
Contact your service provider for assistance in diagnosing and correcting the
problem.
Aged Pkts Left Right
identifies the number of left (right) moving packets that were discarded
because they could not be transmitted to any cluster or processor during a
timeout interval. A nonzero value in this field can indicate that a target cluster
was down, or was otherwise unable to receive packets from this cluster. If the
target cluster was expected to be down, nonzero values in this field do not
indicate an error. If the target cluster was expected to be available, find and
correct its problem.
In Q Over Left Right
identifies the number of in queue overruns caused by packets received from
the left (right) link. A nonzero value in this field indicates that the left (right)
neighbor did not stop transmitting when requested to do so, and can point to a
hardware error on the receiving side of the neighbor’s FOX adapter. If the
condition persists, contact your service provider. The neighbor’s FOX adapter
may need to be replaced.
Recv Parity Left Right
identifies the number of parity errors that have been detected on packets
received from the left (right) link.
Xmit Parity Left Right
identifies the number of parity errors that have been detected on packets sent
from the left (right) link.
