Abstract
This manual explains how to configure, operate, and manage the ServerNet/FX
adapter subsystem on HP NonStop™ S-series servers. Included are detailed
descriptions of the Subsystem Control Facility (SCF) commands used with the
ServerNet/FX adapter subsystem and a quick-reference section showing the command
syntax. It is assumed that the reader is already familiar with the Expand subsystem. In
this manual, the term ServerNet/FX adapter refers to the ServerNet/FX and the
ServerNet/FX 2 adapter hardware.

manage the ServerNet/FX adapter have been incorporated throughout the manual.
OSM is the system management tool of choice for NonStop S-series servers.
