A port connection remains active but SNAX/CM cannot open the process specified by
a connection manager ENABLE or CONNECT command. This event message is
equivalent to SNAX/CM log message 32.

is the fully qualified name of the line-handler process for the line on which the

is an ASCII string that identifies the server process name.
