ZCOM-TKN-SUBJ-SU
is an optional token that contains the name of the subdevice for which this event
occurred.
Cause. SNAX/CM encountered a buffer shortage.
Effect. SNAX/CM failed to send a message to either the PROCESS server, the CALL
VALIDATE server, or the XID VALIDATE server process.
Recovery. Reduce the number of connection commands (ENABLE or CONNECT)
being supported by the SNAX/CM process. This is usually a temporary condition;
SNAX/CM retries the message after a 3-second delay and should be able to recover.
