40: ZSXC-EVT-OPERATION-TIMED-OUT
A connection management procedure failed to return an expected completion or status
code within the 1-minute timeout period allowed. (The 1-minute timer is internal to
the SXCMGR process and cannot be controlled by the user.) This event message is
equivalent to SNAX/CM log message 40.
