Cause. Another process is using this line.
Effect. This line is disconnected.
Recovery. Check the return code and file-system error number to determine the reason
for the command not being accepted.

Cause. The STATUS PORT command completes successfully.
Effect. SNAX/CM logs this message; port-status can be one of the following :
Not Available
Disconnected
Disconnecting
Allowing
Calling
Connected
Recovery. Informational message only; no corrective action is needed.
